in class today, in relation to the cold war and anxiety and conformity, the phrase "the disintegration of the human spirit" was used. and i wrote it over and over and over on my notebook until the page was all covered with it. i can honestly say it has been the most stressful and disappointing couple of months that i have ever experienced. in all aspects. but i'm still standing.
